Your obligation

Covered claims

- Your violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policy
- Your unlawful or fraudulent conduct
- Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Content you create, publish, or distribute using the platform, including AI-assisted outputs
- Your reliance on AI outputs, suggestions, or educational content for decisions of any kind
Cooperation
We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense and not to settle any matter without our prior written consent.
