Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Platform. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content as necessary to operate the service for you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Standards. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
AI and tool outputs
The Platform includes AI-assisted tools. Outputs are provided as drafts and starting points. See our AI Disclosure, AI Output Disclaimer, Creator Tools Disclaimer, and Platform Limitations.
Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that, in our judgment, harms the Platform, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. See our Limitation of Liability.
Indemnification
Your indemnification obligations are set out in our Indemnification policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
