Scope
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, ViralCreatorToolkit.com, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the platform, its tools, educational materials, AI outputs, creator resources, or any user-generated content.
No warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, except where prohibited by law.
Aggregate cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Protected Parties' aggregate liability arising out of or related to the platform shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Jurisdictional limits
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
